MARC Train will be replacing the station building at Martin Airport Station. This project will require the closure of the building and relocation of handicapped parking effective at the end of service on Friday, August 25.
During the closure, there will be no indoor waiting area, restrooms, or ticket machine at Martin Airport. All trains will continue to stop as scheduled and customers may purchase one way or round trip tickets on the train from the Conductor with cash (no credit or debit cards accepted). Passengers who purchase a weekly or monthly ticket from the ticket machine at Martin Airport should plan to either purchase their ticket at another station (such as your destination station) or use our ticket-by-mail program through Commuter Direct. Handicapped parking will temporarily be relocated to the right of the existing handicapped parking area (in front of the bike lockers and close to the first shelter).
This project is scheduled to be completed in early November. We regret any inconvenience this closure may cause but we appreciate your patience as MARC Train upgrades the station facilities at Martin Airport.
