Commuter Bus Passes Available at New MARC Ticket Machines

Commuter Bus customers can now opt to purchase Ten-Trip and Monthly passes from any new MARC Ticket Vending Machine (TVM) instead of receiving mail orders. The new MARC TVMs accepts credit and debit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Cash payments are available at select stations (see chart below).

  • Passengers eligible for senior/disability discounts or receiving transit benefits will need to pre-register with CommuterDirect before making purchases from a MARC TVM at www.commuterdirect.com/TVM.
  • Current customers with discounted fare who are already registered with CommuterDirect desiring to switch the MARC TVM must change their preference on-line in their account settings and create a pin number.
  • Customers who are set up for recurring mail order with CommuterDirect will need to cancel their recurring order before switching to the MARC TVM to avoid receiving duplicate tickets for that month.
  • Please note, your account must be set up by the 15th of the month for the following month’s benefits.
